If you are asking "where", I presume you mean the area code. Singapore is small, and has no area code. +65 is the country code, and the eight digits behind will get you directly to the person. Numbers starting with "9" (as in your case) or "8" are mobile nos. Nos starting with "6" are fixed line nos. Hope to have answer your question.
