1) Why is it said that an alarm clock is going off when really its coming on?
2)If you have a cold hot pocket, is it just a pocket?

3)In libraries, do they put the bible in the fiction or non-fiction section?

answer 1. Your alarm clock is set on, so when its set at a certain time it goes off so it isnt on anymore, then thats when you have to reset it....get it
answer 2. that is simply what they are called.

A) Alarm clock goes off because when it turns on it gets thrown off the table.
B) A hot pocket is a hot pocket no matter what. If you called it a pocket, then you'd probably have a lot of kids eating their pants.
C) The Bible should be put in a section labeled "Semifiction."

1) i've wondered that too, but i guess its just the way its said.
2)ya, its just a pocket. hot and cold are adjectives
3)i think it would be placed in the fiction if there ever was a bible in a library

um my opinion on this is they say an alarm clock is going off beccause when it starts ringing everyone turns it off.........
same thing with hot pockets they are frozen when you buy them but they are called hot pockets because when you get them you heat them making them hot pockets so i guess its like and instruction of some sort warm them up and eat them hot ending up with the name Hot Pocket..............
hmm couldnt really say on that i have never had to go find a bible in a library i just get one from home we have plenty....

well at night or whenever, you are turning the alarm clock on so when it rings it is going off?
It would not be just a pocket because the actual name is hot pocket(as in the brand)

i particularly don't like any of these.
especially number 2, seems really silly.
at our library the bible is located right below the world encyclopedias.
as far as crazy thoughts, they're not. i'm shocked at the number of people that found this question interesting. shocked.
