that traverses through the blood stream and takes pictures and transmits them ultra-sono-graphically using R/F , the liquid must have nano-molecular capability to lead the blood path by blowing light from its head to tail, i.e., ingestable as a liquid but becomes a sperm-like-worm traversing through the whole body circulatory system?

"A liquid cannot take pictures when inside the body" -> I think it might be possible to create a liquid that solidifies when it comes into contact with the mucus membrane of the oesophagus. The shape of the solid being controllable, pellet, filled oval, triangle, diamond, etc. etc so its sharpness and direction can be controlled as it traverses the human blood stream (HBS).

No.

Any how, if there was such a thing it still would be a solid not a liquid. A liquid can not take pictures or transmit signals because it would not be able to stay together as a group in the body. You can however ingest a radio-active compound that when x-rays are produced show the circulatory system. This can be used to locate clots and leaks.
