If you are small girl your going to notice your weight gain a lot sooner. Than someone who is heavier. If your doctor says nothing is wrong with the gain then I most definately would'nt worry. there are so many other things to worry about. Excercise is good, but not to lose weight or keep it off during pregnancy and most definately do not work out to the point of fatigue. It's not good for you or the baby.
Hon your pregnant though weight gain is expected. As long as your doctor says your fine then your fine.

i feel that weight gain with pregnacy depends on a few things. Is this your first pregnancy? I also think that everyone is different some people show quickly while others don't. i for instance gained little weight with my daughter, infact you couldnt even tell i was pregnant until i was 6 months, almost 7. Then again, I've seen people gain weight within the first two months. With my second, I was actually put on a diet by my OB because my son was too big and they feared his delivery would be straining. I wouldn't obsess about your weight gain, I think for your whole prgnancy you are to gain 40 pounds if I'm not mistaken. I would however cut back on the exercising. It's ok to work out while pregnant but at some point you will need to cut back. Talk to your doctor about your concerns and your work out routine to see what is healthy for you.

I'm only about 10 wks pregnant and already in maternity pants. I've had a little weight gain, but mostly water weight and bloating keeps me from wearing my normal pants. Even my normal shirts are beginning to stretch just a tad. I chose to wear maternity shirts every now and then because they are so much more comfortable. Weight gain varies from woman to woman. I'm ten weeks and beginning to show...a co-worker of mine...she's 6 months, carrying a healthy baby, and still wearing a good part of her normal wardrobe. The only way you can tell she's pregnant is if you see her from profile. It's sick!!!! (grumble grumble grumble) but every body is different.

If you worked out before you were pregnant than you can continue to work out with the dr's permission. A lot of women that show really early are either having twins, have already had kids before, or its just water weight. See if twins run on your side of the family, its on the side of the female not the male.

On average in the first trimester 2-5 pounds of weight gain is normal. But it varies with every person

fairly the first time i replaced into pregnant i replaced into very youthful and get a postive hpt so i went to the physician and stated this might want to be incorrect because I have lost about 15 lbs..and she stated many times women human beings drop extra pounds contained in the first few weeks of being pregnant so i'm positive everybody is diff. yet so a lengthy way as how quickly probable about 2mnths is fairly at the same time as the smallest quantity because maximum women human beings dont start up to really tutor until eventually about 5 mnths

you may gain a little water weight straight off but the bulk of baby weight is not put on until the last trimester (7-9 months) until then you do want to keep your weight down. but each body and each pregnancy is different.

First off your pregnant your gonna gain weight... but it depends on several things, the first one being how many babies are you carrying, second are you further along then you thought... You may also just be so small... I started showing at like 8 weeks, just a little and then didnt get bigger for several weeks, then I got big again.... Well good luck....

First of all, don't over do it, working out is fine, but do so in moderation. Second of all, the weight you are noticing is normal.....in the first few months your uterus doubles in size, your blood volume almost doubles, and some women retain water weight because of the extra hormones. Congrats!

Your probably skinny!! Its normal.. Its gonna show!! And I think its looks soo pretty on skinny pregnant girls, lol..Your gonna put on weight anyways.. I think its ok to excersise a little bit but if it feels too uncomfortable dont over do your self.... Its better to take LONG WALKS because it makes your labor easier if its your first!!!Your belly is growing..its normal.. All you can do is eat healthy and drink 2liters of water a day. REMEMBER YOUR EATING FOR TWO SO DONT STARVE !!Your gonna have to put on 1lb a week... Take your prenatal vitamins..When you give birth your gonna lose about 30lbs and gain 1lb on your breasts... But I advise to start putting on REAL COCA BUTTER OR SHEA BUTTER.. night and day faithfully.. After you give birth your belly is gonna look black and wrinkly and ugly... Save ur excerize after..
