I have a VIA/S3G unichorome IGP in my computer now, can that be switched in BIOS to run AGP? Or can I switch?

Your question is not clear. But if you want to use your AGP SLOT , then yes you have to disable the integrated graphics (VIA/S3G unichorome IGP) in your BIOS.
