Yes! They sure do! I can relate that from my own personal experience. My boss went through and searched all high school records of all employees when things started turning up missing at the job. He found that one particular employee had a history of high school trouble. I saw the information on his desk while I was dusting his office. Money will pay for any information someone wants as well.

I don't believe that they do, but please don't quote me on that. I know for college, the school required that I have my high school transcript sent to them. I was actually the one that had to do that so they most likely are not privy to them without your permission.
