What are some ways to stand out in a crowd?

I want to be recognizable but it's hard to stand out. Any suggestions?

If you want to stand out in the crowd spend as much time in the library as possible.
Reading is the most imortant investment you can give your self and your future friends and mate.
By reading different books on philosophy, ethics, religious studies, you will be able to understand others better.
By understanding others, you will be able to encourage, build up, assist , and demonstrate real love by being available, and able when asked to help in some way.

By being useful, thoughtful, and informed you will always be in demand to be a friend to those whom you choose to be a friend to.

Your goal is to be controled by your mind and not by your emotions. Reading is the key.

Be disciplined in aquiring knowledge and you will always learn something new every day of you life.

Read for one or more hours a day and in ten years, you will have read over 5000 hours of study in the field of your choice.
You will become an expert on your own, and experts are paid well, have alot of friends.

It all depends on the crowd.
If you're at a baseball game, say, and you want to stand out
go to the upper deck with a towell and drape it over the metal cables that support the netting behind the backstop and slide-zip line style- down the cable. Now that would be friggin cool!
And for bonus points...let go before you get to the end and free-fall into the crowd.

Dying your hair an odd color may get some attention, but it may not be the reaction you are hoping for. I believe that your actions may receive the attention that you desire. Look around, does anyone need help? Even something as small as picking up a dropped item for someone or holding a door leaves an impression on people, and don't forget to smile! It doesn't take a great deal of time or energy and even if you don't realize it, someone is watching.

ok what u can do is in the crowd try to talk to people and then as u do u can become friends with them and then they will talk about u to other people and then u will stand out! don't like get drunk and be that kind of noticable person do it the right way or people will talk bad about u just be yourself and go with your instinks

Ostracize yourself from the crowd at a social function and/or gathering and you eventually will be the topic of conversation and inevitably confronted by some one. Entertain yourself. I enjoy analyzing superficial people. It has always worked for me.

Be unusual. Like be nice. and start being friendly to the crowd. I think you'll jump out of the crowd for sure. People are into themselves nowadays. You'd be different if you are genuinely interested in others especially being nice to people who don't care about you.

Smile. Be polite. Say hello to people that cross your path. In case you haven't noticed, no one ...or very few do that anymore. Gone are the days when a man would pass a woman and give her a simple tip of the hat......now he either oogles at her, whistles or just flat out grabs her ***.

Wear a red tie or scarf. Ronald Reagan, in his press conferences when he was President, always took questions from reporters who wore red...Sara McClendon was his favorite..she would wear the aforementioned scarf, and hat.
She nearly always asked follow-up questions as a result and got candid answers. Red is an action color.

Don't be worried about what people might think about you. If there is a big crowd doing something do what ever it takes to get them to look at you. make loud noises and such and when they look say something like "I'm lonely" or "Just needed some attention, thanks"
