Where is it safer for a single mom with three kids? Also, I would like to be around lots of hispanics so my teenage daughters wont feel out of place. Can anyone help me please? I have been looking on the net but I keep coming across apartments for college students.

The North central area of Columbus, where 161 and 71 intersect, probably has a lot of hispanics. My girlfriend used to live there, and there seemed to be a lot of Mexicans.

try checking with the ohio hispanic coalition in columbus. they may be able to point out some areas that would be sutiable for your needs.
