Lt. Dan, if it were a man I totally adore, I would be in a mess!!
I would probably say," I'm sorry but could I just fix myself a sandwich." HOPEFULLY, he and I would have a good laugh.
I hope he wouldn't show me the door!
Are we talking about a SHRIMP dish you have concocted?!

I'd probably say something like, "Oh, does this have mushrooms? I'm allergic to mushrooms. What a shame- it's so good. Oh, well, guess we'll just have to go out".

you have to honest. thats the key to relationships.

tell her flat out you didnt like her meatloaf.

but be polite and tell her you appericate her effort.

she went out of her way to make you food. how wonderful.

and it was free, right? so no complaints there.

I would just tell them it sucked and if I liked her I would just rely on my good looks and bubbly personality to win her back

pretend you like it is the safest way to go in a new relationship...... if it works out you can tell them later that it was horrid.....

if i liked him, i'd pretend to like it. if i REALLY liked him, i'd tell him his cooking sucked and then i'd offer an alternative like take-out.
