I would go to the auto parts store and get some new blinker fluid.

Does sound like the flasher unit as I take it that when you use the hazard lights that all indicators flash.
The indicator switching mechanism could be faulty but you'll need a meter to chech that.
If the car only has one flasher unit the fault must be in the indicator mechanism

shouldnt be flasher if hazards work, maybe loose or unconnected wire coming from indicator switch or indicator switch just not touching contact points and needs to be tightned, take steering column housing of and look or check with a tester, good luck

There's a small electronic switch that can malfunction from time to time. It's easy to replace and fairly inexpensive. You can find a repair procedure in the Chilton manuals and get parts from the dealership.

more than likely your signals are fine. The problem is in the steering column. there is a cluster of switches at the end of the signal lever that is easily replaced.

Check your fuse box. In your manual you should have a breakdown of which fuses run what functions. It could be a $2 fix.

Sounds like a fuse problem. Check that first. If that isn't it. It could be the switch on the column, but I doubt it.
