I need to start a business now, where do I begin?

I would like to open a clothing store, I am 22,in Dallas,Tx. I have no money and no collateral, but I have a lot of great ideas I really want this... where do I start?

Write down your ideas in the form of a business plan, and take it to the bank. They will evaluate whether or not it is a good risk to advance you some money to get started. Good luck.
