How do u know if ur red eye tetra is a boy or girl??

i want to breed them but dont know how do u prefer to breed the red eye tetras or buenos aires tetras-which ones easier to breed??

They are about the same as far as breeding is concerned, neither one is all that hard to breed if you have everything set up just exactly right. The only way to sex either one is that the females are a bit larger and are heavier when in breeding condition.

tetras are very difficult the only way I know is female hold eggs inside and tend to be fatter than males

The male is smaller, has gonopodium and is more brightly coloured, while the female is slightly larger, has no gonopodium and is more dull coloured.
