BenQ Combo CB523C?

Question

I have BenQ CB523C CD-ROM, DVD-ROM,CD-R&CD-RW.I using this device from1 1/2 year.Its work fine uptill now but now it create problem in burning CD-R(W)but read CD-ROM & DVD-ROM well.I heard combos have long life.I check firm ware update from their official site but all in vain.Please help me.

If you've already re-installed the drivers, then check the Device Manager to see if the drive is being recognized correctly. If so you may want to clean the drive and try again.

If none of that works, it may have just failed. Sorry.
