This is yesterday's slang. A round-heeled woman is one who falls backward easily. That is, an "easy woman".

This is not today's slang but something from around the 1920's. A round heeled woman is some one who is innocent and naieve to the ways of the world meaning sex. It means your feet have not been used enough for your heels to get flattened out, they are still rounded like a baby's heel. To have flattened heels means you have been around the block more than a few times, it means that you have been walking the streets, a street walker who would have flattened out her heels a long time ago, in other words a prostitute, or someone who has been very close to it.

He couldn't have been that young - since that slang term went out of style in the mid 1920's. (did he come out of a time machine??)

Basically "round heeled woman" is a nice way of calling a lady a s l u t who sleeps around a lot.

Too bad you didn't know what he meant at the time - you should have thrown a drink in his face!

With round heels it does not take a lot of effort to push you onto your back. Not a terribly nice thing to say in all probability.

This bit of slang is not new. It means a woman who is easily lured into bed for sex.

It means she rocks onto her back frequently. She is a loose woman. Sorry. I haven't heard this phrase since the 70's

Next time someone says something that you don't understand, do yourself a HUGE favor and ASK them what they mean!!! It's not going to make you look any less foolish than just ignoring or passing it off!!

It's not "today's slang", it's a very old insult. Basically, he was calling you "easy". In today's slang he'd call you a "ho". I suggest you avoid this chump from now on.
