Flowchart: From Visio to Wall: What's the Trick?

I use Visio to generate a flowchart that is very big, with multiple layers, many elements, and certainly go beyond one page. I saw that some big companies have various typles of charts printed and posted on wall. I wonder how they do this. What program do they use? How do they print them (go to a print shop)? What do the wall-size printouts cost?

Fedex Kinkos can print very large files at low cost. Just go into the nearest one and ask them if they support Visio and what's the largest printed format they can do.
