I recommend Duet DHA from Stuart Natal, but any prenatal with plenty of Folic Acid, Calcium, and B6 would be good. Duet is a little expensive if you don't have insurance and it is prescription only. There is also Precare conceive (also RX only) but it has alot of the same ingredients as any other prenatal rx. I take prenatal MTR with Selenium, only because I work at the pharmacy and it was going to go out of date soon. They are all about the same if you read the ingredients, with the exception of Premesis, Duet, PrimaCare, and Repliva. I have never heard of Solgar.

I personally don't think that solgar prenatal is particularly good. You want something that has higher amounts of zinc and iodine in it.
