i have removed my heatsink before bcz of the noises it creates after a year using it so i decided to clean it ... at the bottom i notice a dry and cracking stuff(my first thought was did the heatsink melt the processor) then i put it back and then still got the same loud noise i decided to buy a chasis fan to cool things off

until recently i did some thinking and remember that i once saw a video showing a man putting on a compound or paste onto the bottom of the heatsink

so i want to know if the paste are available seperately or does it only come with a new heatsink?
how can i replace the paste with any household items?such as papers, silicon compound, thick glue paste? or anything which can be like the real paste

Yes, it's available seperately.
Thermal paste is very cheap - just go to a local computer store and ask for a small tube of it. Stores such as Fry's, PC Club, Radio Shack should all have it.

That would be heat reducing paste, there's no way to make this yourself but you can purchase it here http://www.tigerdirect.com/applications/category/category_slc.asp?CatId=503
