I just went to their concert in San Antonio, Tx and my friend, an obsessed rhcp fan, told me that he was skipping and repeating certain verses. I don't know if knows what he is talking about of not. I found no information on my own.
Please give any info you might know.

mm...sometimes at live concerts bands do switch up a song a little. i've been to several different concerts and all the songs weren't exactly how they recorded them.but even if he did...who cares, he's hot.

Everyone gets tired after repeating the same actions over and over. Plus concert circuits are very gruelling. Did you know that do-wop sounds in jazz were invented by singers momentarily forgetting the words? So what, it's live, enjoy the performance. You'll never hear it on the CD because they can edit that stuff. Enjoy.

old age and a past life of drug abuse will do that to you. (not to mention RHCP has like 100 songs a lot to remember, no?)
lots of artists do it (my sister said prince does it, so does ozzy osbourne for obvious reasons) most just mask it by asking the audience to "help" and holding the mic towards the audience. its not cuz they want the audience to sing. its cuz they forgot the words.

bands/singers often change the songs from the studio versions when they do live shows. what we hear on the radio are edited versions anyway. as long as it was a great show who cares, you got to see them and that is cool.

who cares if he does, many singers forget once in a while, the point is if he can still make you feel and enjoy the music, the beat, the rhythm

no ur friends right i have seen him do it to its not a one off, a lot of rock stars do these days its all alcohol and drugs i hope he survives this i think he is a living legend

no Anthony is a real good friend of mine from 12 step meeting AA NA he goes to my meeting when he is in town i saw him through thick and thin we went to help drug addict in hospitals togather...he is totaly sober and would not miss a not.
