Gamefaqs has a minikit guide. Just choose one of the walkthroughs.
You can only get all minikits when you are using story mode and free play mode and are able to switch to Imperial characters or bounty hunters, as some Kits are behins special doors or behind "dark" force objects.
Just keep looking and follow these directions on gamefaqs.

just go through the game getting the hidden bricks and you will get one called the minikit detector it will help you find the minikits

look for cheat codes game story, try looking to this site
