On Jan. 20, President Clinton gave Rich a chance for a third "do-over." Clinton wiped all the criminal charges off of Rich's record with a presidential pardon on his last day in power. The Rich pardon has received special attention because Denise Rich raised and donated more than $1 million to the Democratic Party in recent years and also provided the Clintons directly with a $10,000 contribution to their legal defense fund and $7,300 worth of furniture.

All Presidential pardons are biased, and should be abolished. Clinton pardoned rich and influential people who did him favors, just like Bush will.

ancient history that is no less than any other exiting presidential preferential treatments... the better question is, how did scooter Libby just take the fall for Darth Cheney? W said that if any of his administration was involved heads would roll.. or something to that affect, I'm paraphrasing... no one not even scooter was charged with the actual outing of a CIA operative.?????? let's not talk in generalities here guys be specific...

oh my.. Karl Rove has a weather machine... wooo... put on your tinfoil hat man.
Oh btw remember Hillary's brother made 400k in 'legal fees' for handling a couple of these pardons.
Oh lets not forget Mel Reynolds.. another Clinton pardonee... who was convicted of fraud, lieing to the FEC and had illegal sex with a minor.
Of course after Clinton pardoned him Jesse Jackson hired Reynolds as a youth counselor for the Rainbow Push Coalition.
This was during that time that Jesse was giving Bill marriage couseling.. simultaneous with Jackson having sex and getting pregnant one of his own subordinates...
