That condition is called pop eye but is really a liver infection. You will need to treat the fish with medicated food (available at the pet shop) and either Furanase or Maracyn 2. Treat for 10 days and remove the carbon from your filter as you treat it.

I don't think it's because of the other molly and guppies.

Your molly might have Septicaemia.

What actually happens? Bacteria enter the blood stream and circulate through the tissues causing inflammation and damage. Blood vessel and heart tissue damage results in leakage of fluids into the abdomen, and also small haemorrhages [which is the flow of blood from a ruptured blood vessels] around the eyes.

How to treat it:
Seek vet's guidance, where he /she will prescribe antibiotics. Check the aquarium for the cause and eliminate it.

i might decide on Molly Jan, purely simply by fact it somewhat is greater unpredicted. Molly Ann has slightly greater effective of a valid to it, yet Ann is that this way of filler, boring form of center call. i might think of roughly employing an prolonged center call, simply by fact Ann and Jan are the two very harsh. you would be able to desire to flee with a one syllable center call if it has a lengthy vowel sound. Molly Rain or Molly June are plenty softer than Ann or Jan. Molly Regina, Molly Elizabeth, Molly Olivia, or Molly Fiona might additionally be very advantageous possibilities.
