Duct tape their mouths shut and tie their hands behind their backs. LOL
Seriously, sit down and have a talk with your kids about how their noise is affecting your health. Kids will be kids and need to make noise. Compromise is a key here. Work out a time when any and all noise is acceptable, and try to be away when that happens. Otherwise, put a limit on the noise level when you are around and be consistant about enforcing that limit.
Also, talk with your doctor about possible medications you can take to help keep your blood pressure in check when the kids get too noisy.

It took $1300 25 years ago to be diagnosed with high blood pressure from stress due to raising my six children. No lie, after numerous tests and all that money, the doctors told me to count from 1 to 10 when an incident was causing me stress. Surprisingly it worked...for the next 22 years until my last one was out of the house. I still do it though and it still works. ;-)
