how can i find out who's been opening my mail?

when i get the mail out of my p.o. box, alot of it is torn open on one corner. it's been going on for over a year now. what can i do ?

You can talk to police to see what you can do. It is probably an inside job at post office. You can call your MP also.

Could it be that it is becoming stuck in the door that the mail goes in from, and when you remove it from the other side, the bit that's stuck gets torn off? I would speak with whomever manages your post office box facility first. And make note of which corners are missing (and if the size and locations of the ripped corners are the same) -- and tell this to the person in charge.
