What does everybody think of the new Tight fitting college basketball uniform tops?

I personally would never wear them. . . they look way to ghetto! I don't know how the players will like them either. I personally liked a loose fitting top when I played basketball. I know about 15 years ago nike came out with the one piece basketball uniform that was much like a wrestling singlet. It bombed big time and I think this will as well. I wonder how guys built like Charles Barkley or John Hot Plate Williams will feel about wearing uniforms like this. Like new coke. . . I think somethings are best left the way they are. What do you think?

I couldn't agree more. They need to keep them loose. I still have a hard time watching those great 80's NBA games on classic......Those shorts were simply awfull.

well the new System of Dress isn't THAT tight. It's designed a little more loose than a compression shirt/shorts. I like the new look and idea, with the tops now designed towards performance, and the shorts are ok too.

its a marketing ploy...just another thing for them to sell to the public...they cant sell any more of the other ones because fans already have the home and away unis of the teams and they havent changed that much in the last couple of years, so change it again, then market sales rush...I think they look like garbage...

i actually like the tight ones. whenever i play i wear underarmour under my jersey because i like how it hugs my body. i think they will a success

it isn't going to go over well with the players who like their uniforms baggy.
