I asked for opinions/answers a few days ago about my cervical cyst, and I have a pre-op appointment scheduled next month to have it removed. (Thank you to everyone who answered.)There is one thing that has also been happening since the cyst became and I'm not sure if it is related. This might sound strange, but inside my vagina gets very swollen. Not all the time,or very often, but when it does,it's almost swollen shut and painful.(The only way I can describe it is as if something is stuck, like a tampon, combined with the irritation after alot of sexual intercourse.) I do self-checks in the shower and a lot of times I can't even "get in" to check it. I do not mean to sound gross or perverted,I just want to know what this could be?I have noticed it also swells A LOT during intercourse. After 3-4 mins we have to stop because it's too tight, and painful for him.I know it's normal to slightly swell during intercourse, but not as much as this. Does anyone have any clue to why this is happening?
