Hey, don't freak out! I do know that in our size-obsessed world, it's hard to be anything less than pornstar big, and less than average can be downright frightening. You should remember, though, that there are things you can do to make yourself more sexually palatable:
1) You can try using a penis extender. They are stretchy 'sleeves' with a penis head that you snug firmly over your erection and it adds up to several inches- putting you at average male erection size and allowing for deeper penetration if that's what your lady would be missing. They're sold at good, reputable online sex stores; look around.
2) You don't have to use your penis. Honestly, I know it sounds like a cop-out and something to make you fee like less of a man, but real men aren't afraid to use whatever resources they have to in order to please both them and their partner in bed. Some men wear strap-ons over their flaccid penises and penetrate their wives/girlfriends that way (then you can give it to her as big as she wants!), some keep a dildo in the drawer next to the bed, still others become skillful with their fingers/hands. In my opinion, being skillful with your fingers and a dildo is something every man should have, no matter how big a stick he swings. If you can do this, you can provide your lady sensations that your penis maybe can't (like G-spot stimulation), and after she's had her fill, she can go about pleasing you as well.
3) Perfect your other techniques! Oral sex is an amazing thing that pretty much everyone loves when it's done well (even when it's not). This only increases your sexual currency.
4) Remember that your smaller penis is not necessarily a cause for concern. Almost all women orgasm from clitoral stimulation, NOT from penetrative sex. Some women experience orgasms from G-spot stimulation, which occurs by means of penetration, but believe me, many men with huge penises can't find or stimulate a woman's G-spot. As far as the actual in-'n'-out thrusting is concerned, only a tiny percentage of women actually orgasm from that itself, and it's not the size so much as it is the the friction against the vaginal walls. Only if she has a particularly large vagina or one that's been loosened (as through childbirth) will a smaller penis truly make a difference in sensation. So you might want to keep that in mind, as well as the real selling point: oral sex is a lot easier with a smaller mouthful!
5) Do not try to enlarge your penis. Don't buy into all those ideas of creams and pumps and whatnot; they don't work. There are only two ways I know of increasing your penis size, and they are both expensive surgical procedures that will drain your wallet and not really leave you with anything that fantastic. Penile agumentative surgery cuts a tendon to allow the penis to hang lower, adding an additional inch or two; however, it only increases flaccid size, since it changes just the way the penis hangs, not its actual size when erect. Sometimes fat is also injected into the penis to add girth (sort of a reverse liposuction), but there's no telling where the fat will move, so some men get an awful effect known only as the dreaded 'lumpy penis'. Neither sound that good in my opinion.
6) And lastly, know that if your girlfriend loves you, she's going to love all of you. And if you don't know that she loves you . . . well, then why are you having sex? Anyhow, if you find someone who cares for you, she should be willing to make what you've got work for both of you. The thing I always hear on sex show after sex show is men calling in complaining about their small penises. The host always asks "How does your girlfriend/wife/parnter feel about it? Does she think it's too small?", and the answer is invariably "Well, no, she says it's fine, but . . .". Men just seem to freak themselves out, when they don't need to.
I hope that helps you, and remember not to stress!

Some insurance companies cover the costs of the opperation because micropenis is a medical condition. I feel for you and if a chick will not get with you because of that then you souldn't want a relation ship with her, just try to get some from her and move on to someone who can be in a relationship.

You have to know who you are. A penis is nothing more than a reproductive tool and you can not dwell on the size of your penis. If she cares for you(which is BS I know) she will take the whole you and what you represent and not just the size of your penis when judging the merits of you as a partner. Sex is such a small part (important in its element) of the relationship. Most relationships fail due to poor communication, not small penises.
Take comfort in knowing that satisfying your partner can be done in many ways, women love mental connection as much as physical contact.

Love, like most other things, isn't correlated with penis size ;).
Bottom line if you both love one another then so what if you have a smallish penis!? If its too small to father children and all that down the road then perhaps you should look into artifical insemination (get your cheque book out though cause I hear it's pricey!).
Best wishes,

Truthfully, I wouldn't hesitate to talk to her about it. After all, she loves you and I wouldn't say it shouldn't matter, but there is more to love than sex. However, I would try to get surgery. I mean come on, women have desires too. If your not able to take care of it she's not gonna be happy. Just keep your head up, and do what will make you both happy.

I would have a talk with her first just to avoid shock or confusion.. She may not be aware of this kind of condition... If she truly loves you, it shouldn't be a problem..

Ok I think first of all if your girlfriend knew that you were posting questions in the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgendered category that might be an even bigger problem than your "condition". Having said that if she loves you she'll love you even if you gotta little dick. I mean when you say micro penis just how small are we talking?

allthough its probably really embarrassing if she loves you, it wont matter to her. she will probably look right past it and just be happy to have a caring and wonderful guy for a bf. if she does make a big deal out of it, shes not worth your time sweetheart.
