Do journalistic shield laws protect student journalist in Florida?

We're a public forum paper, so we're completely ran by student editors/staff and the Hazelwood decision doesn't apply to us.

That's an interesting question. I think it would, but school papers are mostly run by schools. It would depend on your situation. If you provide more details, this would be easier to answer. :S Sorry.

If Hazelwood doesn't affect you, then you should be covered.
