It was a great job, but the management has changed and now brought forth a lot of new headaches. What action can I take? I really dont want to quit. But the stupid stuff is really taking a toll on me and my family is being affected.

you said it was a great job but its not now.no job is worth your well being or your families, you were looking for a job when you got this one.put out your resumes and find a good one this time.i wish i had before my former employer went on a witch hunt and fired me over a lie after 6 and a half years of me putting their sorry company before everything else.i am not saying quit yet get another job first you probaly need the income but dont wait for things to get better they wont trust me.good luck.

If I were you I would leave your job and find something else similar to your job, I can relate to how you're feeling cause I've been down this road before and it wasn't very easily, while I'm still at my job the management we have is much better than the management we've had 3-5 years ago and everybody seems happier now than they were then.

You might try a personnel service. I have had some good luck with Express.
That Cash crate sounds like a pyramid scheme, which is illegal.
We spend most of our waking hours at the job; so I know what you are talking about. Do a list of pros and cons and see if there is any answer for you there.
Best of luck.

I've found myself in a couple of jobs that I absolutely hated and both me and my husband were miserable as I tended to bring all the bad vibes from work home. I've never been able to bring myself to love those jobs. I used the last one to motivate myself to find something better. That's really all you can do. Life is too short to be miserable.

Good luck to you.

the job is not worth the headaches and stress if you are not happy.
