Im scared to death now that my mom and my sister went to a psychic, and this lady knew so much about me. Not only did she know about my presonal issues but my physical conditions and everything. She told my mom that i would eventually give my child to my sister to be raised, and that i wont live after 30, if i dont change my life and make better choices in my future... IM FREAKED, i cryed for like ever cause i dont understand, i've listened to the tape like 100 times and some of the things she said were right and others were so far out there. i dont know what to think!

first of all calm down!
secondly you dont know how much information your mum gave them (some people give LOADS of info without even realising it)
its very unusual for a genuine psychic to give such detail, and even more unusual for them to comment on when someone will die
i can only assume that it a warning to you to change your ways or your lifestyle
sometimes we are given a chance to change things
i know you are extremely worried but id be tempted to make an appointment with the psychic yourself DONT tell them who you are and DONT mention your mum or why you are there.
tell them NOTHING and see what they pick up on

I would look at it as a warning what ever you are doing that is so wrong just change your ways. you know what the right choices you have to make so it is all up to you.
See people don't realize we all have family members that have passed over, it does not mean they are gone completely
They still come back and check in just to see what is going on
When we are ill they come to heal us, when we are in trouble they try to find a away to get the message to us.

You should look at the blessing that you have been warned and what can happen if you don't do what you know you have to do.

Don't be freaked out. I wouldn't spend too much time on psychics, although I do frequent them often. If you believe in prayer or whatever your spirituality or faith--hold onto that and start either going to Church more or just having more faith in the fact that you'll live a healthy and happy life. Things will be fine--positive thinking gets you everywhere in life....
