i think you need to upgrade the 2b and 3b. barfield and chavez wont cut it in a 10 team league. OF is kind of weak, you should have better players than granderson in a 10 team league. your pitchers fit the cats, they are mostly power guys which fits the k/9 cats. if gagne is the closer, that would greatly help you, because i normally suggest people to start 3 or more RPs to get the saves cats.

What? gave you most of the news. Upgrade Granderson, in a 10 person league you probably have better options on the waiver wire. It looks like his purpose is SB's, if you need a player for only that purpose Dave Roberts has only 1 purpose. Chris B Young can provide a little power and SB's as well. Chris Burke could solve 2 birds OF/2B eligibility.
For 3B, check for Edwin Encarnacion, he is often overlooked in smaller leagues and can add 14-15 SB's. Chavez cannot be left in the lineup against LHP. Barfield is a sleeper and it will be hard to predict how he will perform at the bottom of the lineup but he may get turned loose on the bases. Howie Kendrick is out of the bag so he may not be available so Burke could be your safety net. The bench is not much help so look for your weaknesses on offense create your bench around those. SB's, AVG are your biggest weakness on offense. I'm not a big fan of Markakis either, he cannot hit for power against LHP but does hit for a higher avg. If I were taking an OF to hit for power off RHP only I would go for Chris Duncan who could up 40 this year.
K/9 should work out well with your pitching, Gonzo could be first in line for the closer job if Wickman shows his true colors early. Garcia looks to be expendable, you have 3 starters on the same team which either means Philly is going to win 110 games or one of those guys is going to get lit up - I'm betting that Hamels is only throwing 180 innings and Philly will use an extra pitcher in the rotation to cut everyone's innings.
It's head 2 head, 7 SP's is a lot when W's, K's and SHO's are really just 3 of 7 categories they can dominate. You may have to lose Garcia for another closer.

It looks like you are pretty much set at 1B - with 3 potential all stars. Since 1 of them is going to be on the bench at all times, unless there is a day off, I would try to trade Texiera, or Delgado and try to improve your OF position. If there are no biters for that, then try to deal them for a SP. That is where I think you are soft. Also your RP could use some help as well, Gagne could be a huge risk, especially coming off the injury.
I also see room for improvement at 2B - see what is on the waiver wire or see if someone is willing to trade you.

If Chavez and Harden stay healthy, both you and the Oakland A's will be popping the champagne come the end of the season.

Teixiera is also a great player. I'd try to deal Michael Young though, I have a bad feeling about him.

I'd trade Delgado or Texiera for a SP. And maybe try and pickup a power hitting OF. Other than that you look good.

Great 1st basemen/utlities. I would trade one for SBs. Matbe u could trade Michael young and Delgado for Jose Reyes and a top tier SP.

you should try to move Tex or Delgado for pitching or OF help. Or can you use two Utility players? even if you can, i might still try to move Delgado. Overall, 7.5. - todd shriber
