How often do you return or exchange stuff?

very often! but i keep my rcpt most of the time so i dont care. if im not satisfied why not. or i find it cheaper somewhere else. or just dont like it! but i only do that with wal-mart..cause they take anything.

I almost never do because I would not buy something I did not want or will not fit. I know a woman who is older than I who will take back at least half the stuff she buys to stores. We are talking clothing. Jackets, dresses you name it. This woman is worh millions but this is what she does. When we see her shop we joke about the fact that she will return the stuff in a few days because it is inevitable.

The last time I did, the poor girl behind the counter broke into tears. She was having a really bad week and I was complaining about my bran new broken tool to her. I know it wasn't her fault but I still took it out on her. I was a jerk back then. She just exploded into tears. I felt so bad. I never return things any more. I'll fix it or replace it. I don't want to do that again. It was really uncomfortable when she started pouring herself out to me explaining what's wrong and how she really needs someone to understand her. Everyone in the store was starring at me with a broken drill while this poor girl is crying her eyes out at me. I felt so bad for that poor kid.

Hardly ever,unless it's broken or doesn't do what i was expecting it to I don't take it back!And clothes I never take back if for some reason I don't like them,I'll give them to someone who can use them!!
