Look for them in Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel.

After you delete them be sure to run your spyware catcher.

There are many different types of Toolbars that are classified a Malware. Some claim they are legit and allow their removal in Add/Remove Programs, others require removal by Antispyware programs and some require removal by programs specifically designed to remove that toolbar.

Knowing the names of the toolbars would be a great help.

Try the Add/Remove Programs for the names of the Toolbars. If it is listed then click remove and it will be gone.

If not in Add/Remove Programs, then try a good AntiSpyware program and run it in Safe Mode. This site explains how to get into Safe Mode:

If they are used by another user on your computer, you can click on "view" at the top of the page, then click on "toolbars" and uncheck the ones you don't want to use at the moment. This will allow other users to still use that toolbar.
If you want them off your computer altogether, you can go into the start menu, and control panel, open add/remove programs and click on them to remove them from there.
