Many more people are now calling their pets after celebrity names; popular ones at the moment are Posh n Becks! Personally I prefer less common names for my pets, two of my fish are called Dempsey and Makepeace, but there are plenty of celebrity duo names to choose from!

i've had 5 guinea pigs, and 3 now. one has a ridiclous name (poppinfresh jesus tayla jesus miscallanious bianca allen). my friends wanted to be in the name and they helped me create it. the rest have much more simpler names. bubbly, holly, oreo and ashley. they are all unisex names :)
