Cut out images and words from magazines and paste them (layering) onto some card stock. You can embellish with beads, glitter, thread..whatever.

This was done for me at that age and it was cool...Use words that mean something to you or fun words like Sassy, Trendy, Hottie....

I'd draw butterflies, grass spikes, hearts, etc. Use glitter pens. Just wish Happy B'day to a good friend. Maybe a ribbon threaded through.

get some thick cardboard or card stock and color it with many colors, then write a message on it, then cut it up into a jig saw puzzle pattern, random shapes and put it in an envelope and give it to the person.

You can include some jokes in it about being a 15 year old that you always see in those hallmark store. they're usually about puberty and everything. Good luck!
