Yes, I have been to Madison Wisconsin, I've lived there for 5 years, and am in love with the city--i'm originally from Chicago--so don't think i'm some small town folk. It does not take 5 min to drive through, in fact it's quite large and if you never come to explore it, you're truly missing out!

I agree. I am also from the Chicago area, and now live in Madison, and I find Madison to be a great town to live in with a lot more to offer than people think.

There are bigger cities that don't have a grouping. But Madison and Milwaukee can be kind of lumped in with Chicago (because they are easier to get to from the city than some of its suburbs). But there should at least be a "Wisconsin" grouping.

Madison has some great places to shop. I am from Milwaukee, Wisconsin and I have been to Easttown and Westtown. They should put in Milwaukee, Wisconsin on the list because Milwaukee has some fun things to do like museums, Lake Michigan, zoo and alot of great restaurants.

I used to fish at Lake Wabesa and Lake Kegonsa. Madison was home to Pro Wrestling Great "Seaman" Art Thomas!

I lived in Mad City for a summer. While I sympathize w/ your sentiment, I think we'd need to add places like Rockford or Worcester or Hartford or Providence as cities of note. Can only add so many, I guess.

Small college town and any town you can drive thru in 5 minutes really isn't a major town.
