Definatley wear the cape but you must wear the tights with it. To many things with historical value are being changed to suit modern day trends, superhero costumes are one of these things. I feel that superhero costumes need to stay traditional and the only way to bring any sort of sexy back to superhero would be wearing the tights and a cape.

Nah. Sooner or later, you'll catch it in a door or it'll whip around and get in someone's food or knock a girl's drink off the table. Your cred will be toasted. Stick with tights, but don't expect a bank loan officer to take you seriously. Also, get some insurance. The first time you leap onto someone's car and dent the roof, they'll sue the cowl right offa ya. Oh, just go into wrestling. Its safer and it pays far better.

The cape thing has been overdone. Find something different to make you stand out besides tights and a cape.

you should most definitly wear a cape!
i reccomend a color that stands out, for instance red; its a color that attracts all eyes, and pops out! so you will be noticed from a far distance
also you should have ur initials on it, like if your superhero name is Big Boy then on the back of your cape it would say: BB!

Go for it dude. Superman and Batman wear capes and they're two of the most famous superheros of all time. Don't mess with sucess!

No!!!!! Capes have bought down some of the most famous superheroes ever (BATMAN,SUPERMAN,CAPTAIN AMERICA,DAREDEVIL,and even ROBIN

capes are really old fashioned, unless that's all you are going to wear. I wouldn't go for the undies on the outside thing either...that's a really unattractive look
