Infrared sauna is much better than the traditional sauna.

Infrared radiant heat in an infrared sauna is safe. The heat penetrates more than 1.5 inches into the body. It knock loose toxins from fat cells into the body which are then released into through sweating. It heals and stimulates tissues, and that it is effective therapy for arthritis and tissue injuries. Some doctors even claimed that Infrared sauna is the only way of removing man-made toxins from your body. Bio-accumulated toxic load in the human body is responsible for all disease not attributable to bacteria or virus.

Infrared, because traditional saunas use more energy, and take hours to heat up! Don't confuse Infrared with UV rays. Infrared rays won't cause cancer, like UV rays.

Hi Hayes. A far-infrared sauna is much more powerful for detoxification (the far-infrared rays penetrate much deeper into the subdermal fat layer) and it works at much lower over-all temperatures (which makes it much safer - especially for people with heart diseases).

Best wishes.

A traditional sauna. I wouldn't let any infrared rays on my body!

My compliments.

Of course Infrared sauna. When buying an infrared sauna your choice of heating element will make a huge difference to your overall experience and the amount of actual infrared that is absorbed by your body. The main heating technologies you are likely to come across are ceramic/Quartz tube heaters and carbon fibre panels. These can vary considerably in their reliability, total heating area, wavelength and quantity of infrared that is emitted.
