The only way is through surgery with breast implants. You can do exercises that will strengthen your chest wall muscles and help keep your breasts lifted, but they will not increase the size of your breasts.

It depends on the genetic makeup of your body. Breasts are made of fatty tissue, and I've noticed that as I lose weight, my breasts are one of the first places I lose it. I cannot say with certainty that it would be the first place you'd gain weight.

Other than that, surgery may be required. However, I think the more cute shirts, swim suits, and dresses are made for women with less, not more. I say wear something flattering to your figure, and you'll look beautiful. :)

I have a question; why do you want to do that? Do you feel pressure from others, your culture, men? Those are all the wrong reasons to change yourself. Be happy with what you have, looking like a bimbo is nothing wonderful.

Please dont get implants , they will ruin your health. The bright side is they wont sag. Mine are enormous , I am 48 and they really hang low. You can also go without a bra, without any noticing it. Get a nice low cut padded push up bra, or they have the flesh like things to put in your bra.
