A 32 bit will say x86 next to processor when you display system info. You can type msinfo32 from the run command to get there quick. I'm not sure what the 64 bit will say.

Generally, all you have to do is right click on "my computer" and go to properties, or go to the control panel and go to system properties.
On that page, it will list what kind of processor you have. If it is 64 bit, it will usually say so. If it is 32 bit, it will not say anything.

I'm sorry I can't provide a link for you, but you can get a program called SIV (system Information Viewer) and check the name of your proc. If it's AMD it will say something like "AMD 64 x2" or "AMD 64" if you can't find that, figure out what processor you have and look it up on the internet.
Just go to pricegrabber.com find your proc and go to the specs tab.
