i am really getting tired of this kid chris he is the most...i cant even say anything about him without getting reported but he is really annoying and i have been putting up with it for more than 3 months. here's what i hate about..... him he's a poser(he's a full on redneck and tries to be a rocker), he wont shut up when i'm trying to do my school work, and the class i have with him is a computer class and i will be nearly finished with my work and he restarts my computer before i save any of it so all my class work has been lost. i want to know if i should beat the living s*** out of him.

You don't say how old you are. That would make a differerence. How does he get to your computer without you giving him the back of your hand? I would say go ahead if you can get away with it and not hurt him to much. He doesn't respect you and is pushing your buttons, you are going to have to confront him, or it will never stop.

Incompetent complainers are the easy marks for bullys.
Document the problems. Involve your teachers, counselors, school staff and your parents. Be loud, be proud, be assertive.
Eventually everyone will get tired of the whole situation and get rid of you or him; either way you will be set free.

No and for two reasons:
1) If you do it in school you'll get suspended/expelled
2) If you do it out he'll press charges and then you'll go to juvie...and sweetheart you don't sound like you'd hold up too well in juvie
So be smart and don't fight him. Use your words ;)
