If that is a 2 part score (math and verbal), it is good and will get you into a lot of colleges. If it is the 3 part score (math, verbal, and writing), it isn't great. Don't worry. PSATs mean absolutely nothing. Study for the real thing, and if you bomb it, try the ACT or go to a community college or lesser school for one year, get good grades, then transfer to the school of your choice.

Good Luck!

Unless you are using the PSAT for scholarships, don't panic about a score. Brush up on your weaknesses and consider what you can do differently next time. Did you need more or less food, enough sleep, too much stress? It was just practice, and the more practice you get the better. I took my SAT four times, and each time my score was higher than my last. Deep breaths.

No, a score of 1160 is excellent. See if you can get a copy for your scrapbook or use it as a study guide by for your SAT tests.
