How did you pick it's name?
I have a Heinz 57 dog. His name is Bubba. I love the south and thought that sounded like a good southern boy nickname .

Well lets see I have a dog and hes a Boarder Collie, 3 cats, 7 birds, a rabbit, a chinchilla, 2 fish tanks, a lizard and a frog.

I have a dog, also of 57 varieties, named Roxanne, called Roxy. I chose the name three reasons 1) The heroin of my favorite play is named Roxanne. 2) My favorite album of all time is "Jane's Addiction, Live at the Roxy. 3) While I was thinking of a name that would suit her the song Cantaloop by US3 came on the radio, at one point he says:
Sweet sugar pop,
Sugar pop,
Roxy pop.
It was like a sign. I called it and she came, I took that to mean she liked it.

I have 5 pets, 3 parakeets, 1 lovebird, and a cat.
They're names are Dinges, Eddie, Baby Lisa, Daisy, and Princess.

I have a miniture Shnauzer name Prince. We chose his name based on his family background. He comes from a royal family. They are taken care by some wealthy people with names like Super Royal Shot (who has one dog championships), Amanda (mother), Stream of Fire, and others. So that's the reason we name him Prince. Cute name you gave your dog. Peace!

Wiley is a Border Collie- she's very wiley
Charlie is a mutt who has the name of the deceased cat who preceded him.
Bingo is a Tabby whose name came from an old Space Ghost prgramme
Samwise the Brave is a cat whose name is pretty obvious, I think. (We just call her Sam)

i in my opinion want descriptive names for a puppy as their call tells you lots approximately their character..yet in spite of this a puppy call ought to nonetheless be used as a human call yet nonetheless be descriptive of the animal...It merely actual relies upon.. I have a mixed mutt puppy named Candi Rose that I got for Valentine's Day.
Good ole redneck names would be things like thunder, storm, rebel, dixie... but bubba is too. My son's call each other that. lol
