Width measure?

I saw that the width down there that was average was like 4 inches. how is this measured? 5.8 inches someone put, how is that the width??

There is two ways to measure your penis width:
You can get a measure tape that will measure around the penis or just measure across your penis.
You want to measure your penis width when your hard.

National average for a man's penis width is 31/2 to 41/2 around.

They say most partner's perfer a penis that has width more than length.

first,you get a hard on,then use a string,and put it around the biggest part of your penis.thats the way i do it.i measure in girth 5 inches.and 6 inches long.
