First of all she is not your friend. She would at least try to see if you weren't to blame instead of repetitively blaming you. If you really want to keep her as a friend, you should read the book I listed below. It tells you how to get what you want with people without getting them upset with you. Its a classic!

Say to your friend, "hey, here's something that is Marissa's fault - time to get some new friends because I'm not your friend anymore"

The very next time she says that, turn, look her straight in the eyes and say this. " I am sick and tired of you blaming everything on me and you can stop it now or I will. " Let her know that the next time, is the last time, that you will not be her friend anymore.

Apparently, you have a large sign that reads dump your garbage here...because if she can't give it to you, she'll find someone else to blame. think about someone you both know...does she blame her? ever? then something in you is telling her you'll put up with it.... time to change that...before the whole world finds out and you have to open your own landfill....

Find another friend to hang out with. She's a winer and a complainer and has low self confidence. That's why she blames everything on you. That's no fun to hang out with her, so don't.
