No... but yes to what I think you are really asking.
I answer like because of a technicality... the impeachment process starts out in the House of Representatives with what is called an Impeachment Resolution containing Articles of Impeachment.
The House either votes on the entire resolution or can opt to vote on each article individually. The point is that even if the President and Vice President both had Impeachment Resolutions pending, the House doesn't vote on them at the same time.
They could certainly do one right after the other but not simultaneously because only one person can be in one Impeachment Resolution.
Now to jump ahead to what I think you are really asking... they could both be impeached on the same day; although, the Senate trials would have to be concurrent.

Yes both the President and the Vice President can be Impeached at the same time IF BOTH have committed treason or high crimes. To Impeach, we must remember, is to formally bring charges agaist the President or Vice President infront of the US Senate. It is NOT the removal from office. It can result in the removal from office if found guilty, but does not have to. Their have been only two Presidents Impeached in the History of the USA: Andrew Jackson and Bill Clinton. Neither President was forced to resign the Office of President. Both were Formally charged (Impeached) infront of the US Senate. The only Vice President to ever be Impeached was under President Nixon. Spiro Agnew was his first Vice President and the only Vice President to ever step down from office. Interestingly enough, President Nixon was never Formally Impeached. President Nixon resigned the Office of President of the United States of America BEFORE Formal Impeachment charges could be brought before the US Sentate. I hope this answers sufficiently.

Yes, impeachment is only bringing up on charges by the Senate. IF found that there is reasonable crime then the house of repensitives would hold court. If they find you guilty then they would be the ones to put them out of office. then the speaker of the house becomes president.

No. Once one is impeached the only order of government is to replace the vacancy in the office of vice-president.

I don't know why not IF there was evidence. Again there's that evidence thing. Ya got to have evidence.
There is more to impeachment that just firing the guys. You have to look at the effect is has on the nation, its citizens, and the world and our standing in it. That is why Clinton did not get removed from office.

I am pretty sure that they can
They just both need to have done something really bad. It can happen but is really unlikely. If they did then another person in the office would become president.
