Good grief. I rarely click a link, but that was outrageous. Call me a cynic, I think it would take the extinction of the human race. Even if we were colour blind, we'd pick up on SOMETHING. Honestly, "differences" have caused heinous crimes from the very beginning--I can't see how the "human condition" will ever change. If it isn't racism, it's religion or politics or you name it. So sad.

nothing less than the complete destruction of all humans. wherever there are people, they find ways to discriminate against eachother. many people even hate themselves. There is only one race of humans. people have carved lines between themselves and people who are different from themselves, and the whole concept of race is man-made. even if we were all the same color, hight, weight, etc, there would be some other form of calssification into "races" made over the years of human history. All we can do, is try to do the right thing, and try to keep the wrong things from happenning to the best of our abilities. As long as there are people, there will be discrimination of some sort.

Never gonna happen. People hate other people, always have. And not just for the color of their skin, either. People hate others because they are too fat or thin or smart or stupid or for a myriad of other reasons. But it is okay to hate for reasons other than race, because cries against racism is more politically correct than cries against making fun of obesity. And since people are so bent on taking God out of everything, it is only going to get worse.

Two more generations. That's when we will have had all the firsts behind us. The first black president, The first latino mayor, The first black whatever. Until we start being americans, and stop being Hispanic americans, Black americans, Asian americans, etc., we won't get rid of racism.

The survival of only one race .We are humans, we would still find something to hate each other for .I can`t figure out for the life of me why we say we are the most civil of all the beings on earth. The animals are nicer to each other .

The answer is Blacks need to be the ones to stop it. I have difficulty with many American Blacks as a group, but like Blacks as individuals. I disagree that Blacks are victims, but I hear this all the time from Blacks. I think many Blacks are lazy and maximize the welfare state, I dislike hip hop culture, I dislike that 40% of NBA Blacks have criminal records, I disagree with treating Blacks special such as providing, reparations. I dislike that Blacks always bring up their skin color in conversations. When was the last time a Black entertainer other than Oprah didn't mention their skin color. Comedians do it all the time and so do other entertainers. When I am around Black people, they always bring up skiin color. It drives me nuts. For me, when Blacks decide there is more to life than their skin color, then racism will go away. Its really up to Blacks. An interesting fact is that many Blacks who migrate here from other countries have the same income levels as Whites. I have also seen American blacks treat Blacks from other countries badly. I guess we can't call that racism though...... I noticed a big push lately for reparations and this also creates large crevasses between the races. Its interesting to note that blacks came here after many whites were already here. I know my ancestors were here before the black slaves were brought in. Since middle eastern slave traders rounded up the slaves and shipped them to America, should they be more accountable to pay reparations? Anyway, until blacks make their lives about something more than skin color and victim mentality, they will not be happy in society. Its really up to Blacks.
