You need to be 18years old and you cannot be a convicted felon.

You can't vote if you are not a citizen or if you have been convicted of a felony. Also, you need to be 18 and a registered voter. Some states require photo id when you vote, but that's still a state by state thing.

I'm not sure what information you want:
1. A person has to register to vote proof of residence.
2. They have to be at least 18 yrs old
3. They can not be convicted of a felony.

Federal guidelines:

18th birthday or older, US citizen, not convicted as a felon.
