question is ,is it possible to use VGA to s-video or Vga to DVI adapter and hook it up to my flat panel lcd tv, either to a s-video or DVI connector. Also does anyone knows whether GEFORCE 6100 support s-video or dvi output.

The 6100 does have support for DVI but most Prebuilt pc's come with only the vga output.
You would have to buy a converter box to convert vga to dvi.
It would be better for you if you just bought a video card if the board has PCI express.

yes they sell converters from DVI to VGA
