I'll set it up, you can crunch the numbers.
Step 1. Find the mole/kg that lowers the freeze pt by 1.7 C. = 1.7/1.86 (about 0.9)
Step 2. Find the grams in a mole of salt corresponding to the above moles
(about 0.9 x 57 or about 50)
Step 3. Scale this down from 1 kg to 115 g.
( about 50 x 115/1000) = about 5.5 g
