Not really, usually the back pain comes later in pregnancy...some pregnancy symptoms are: Breast tenderness, a pulling feeling in your lower abdomen when you make quick movements (such as getting up from a sitting position etc), sometimes you may have slight cramping/spotting, things like that...back pain at this point for you may be that you are ovulating or getting ready to start your period if I understand that right...you should start on the 18th of March right?

Probably not. You're not going to be feeling back pain only a few days after conception.
It could be hormonal or it could be a stressed back. I would wait until you miss your period to gleam in pregnancy though. Don't get ahead of yourself or you may be setting yourself up for disappointment.

yes, lower back pain is a sign of pregnancy. A close friend of mine (mother of 5) said that, that was always how she knew she was pregnant. Good luck!

Your boobs are gonna swell and hurt well before your back does.... and you're going to miss a period before your back hurts.... and you're going to get all fluidy and your ankles will swell before your back hurts....and your tummy will grow before your back hurts. I think you have a back ache. Have some pain killers, lie down and wait till you get your period. If you skip it (could be stress from thinking your pregnant) go get a home test and check. You usually can't test properly until your first missed period either way.
